Work and play

_ "The master in the art of living makes little distinction between his work and his play, his labor and his leisure, his mind and his body, his information and his recreation, his love and his religion. He hardly knows which is which. He simply pursues his vision of excellence at whatever he does, leaving others to decide whether he is working or playing. To him, he's always doing both."
James A Michener

I love this quote. Thanks for sharing it. It describes my reality to a "t." It's haunted my mind since reading it on Monday.

It does help, however, to make priorities. Even then, I'm flexible when monkey wrenches are thrown into my best laid plans.

The intensity in your portraits is fantastic. You certainly convey a lot of feelings. Thank you for sharing your work with us who drop by.

How's your week been? Today, I rode my bike 20 km. in blustery wind---invigorating. It allowed me to release a lot of tension. Ya ay!

Wishing you fulfillment as you create art with your talents.

Thank you so much for your kind words and feedback, Pablo!
20km - wow! I don't have a bike, but I go running to release tension. It's great to be outside in nature. Thanks for visiting!
